Ongoing Learning with MyQuickCoach
The State of Missouri's ENGAGE process is designed to help supervisors and team members communicate more often to do their jobs better, and develop professionally. The key to make this happen is having monthly conversations that build communication "muscle." Similarly, learning should occur continuously to build strength and increase knowledge in areas that are vital to individual and organizational success. To demonstrate this point, the Office of Administration is pleased to provide this opportunity for free ongoing learning delivered to your desktop. Each month on this page, you will find brief online lessons that focus on a topic of general interest for team members and supervisors. The lessons will be replaced each month with new lessons on a new topic.
Just like this page, learning is dynamic. Your approach to learning should be too. Enjoy these lessons, and check back at the start of each month to find new content to help you and your team learn and grow together. You may even want to discuss what you learn in your own ENGAGE meetings!
