Carol Ann Sharicz's consulting focuses on emotional intelligence, coaching, and systemic leadership. Her clients span health care, financial, high tech, federal and state governments, education, the energy-related industry, and consumer product organizations. Carol is also an Associate Professor at Suffolk University in Boston and is a certified consultant for the EQ in Action Profile.
