Michael Roberto is the Trustee Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Program Innovation at Bryant University. He previously served on the faculty at Harvard Business School. Professor Roberto's research and teaching have earned several major awards including the 2006 Codie Award. He is a nine-time winner of the Outstanding MBA Teaching Award at Bryant University and has twice won Harvard's Allyn Young Prize for Teaching.

Professor Roberto is the author of three books; Know What You Don't Know, Why Great Leaders Don't Take Yes For An Answer, and his newest book Unlocking Creativity. Professor Roberto also created three best-selling audio/video lecture series for The Great Courses.
