Dr. John Austin is a Professor in the School of Leadership Studies at the Fielding Graduate University and president of Three Translation Leadership. He was previously a senior consultant for Decision Strategies International (DSI).

Dr. Austin has been on the faculty at Penn State University's Smeal College of Business and at The University of Washington. He's also taught Executives at The Wharton School and Duke Corporate Education. Dr. Austin's research has been published in leading management and applied psychology journals including Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organization Science. His work has been recognized with three Best Paper awards from the Academy of Management and has been mentioned in a number of media outlets including CNN, The Wall Street Journal and Barron's.
