Dr. Stuart Evans - Chairman
Dr. Stuart Evans is a board member, educator, advisor, and author, focusing on dynamic high tech ventures. He is the co-founder and Chairman of Pedagogy Inc. an executive development company, in Menlo Park, California. He is a board member of Si-Lock, a Palo Alto-based start-up, on the advisory board of VirtualSynaptics, a semantic search firm, Retlm, an online tutoring company, and Institute for Growth & Innovation in Munich His professional career spans research (SRI International, Stanford Graduate School of Business,), teaching (The Judge Business School, Cambridge University, Carnegie Mellon-West), consulting (Bain and Company), investing (Sand Hill Venture Group, Menlo Park, California) and executive management (Shugart Corporation, a Xerox subsidiary). He is a Senior Associate at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Birmingham University, U.K., and a Visiting Professor at Carnegie Mellon-West. He has published widely on high tech ventures. His latest book is Super-Flexibility for Knowledge Enterprises.

Dr. Homa Bahrami is an international educator, advisor, board member and author, specializing in organizational adaptation & global teamwork in knowledge-based enterprises. She is a Senior Lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and the co-author of a major textbook (with Harold Leavitt) MANAGERIAL PSYCHOLOGY: MANAGING BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATIONS, published by the University of Chicago Press, and translated into many languages. Her latest book SUPER-FLEXIBILITY FOR KNOWLEDGE ENTERPRISES, published by Springer, focuses on dynamic approaches for strategizing, organizing and leading knowledge workers in the fast-changing world of international business.
Jon Peters - CEO
Jon Peters is CEO of AthenaOnline and president of The Institute for Management Studies. Prior to working with IMS and Athena he ran a successful advertising and marketing firm in San Franciso specializing in high technology companies. Jon's award-winning work was featured in several publications. He has written several articles on technology and media for national publications and has served as a judge for new media competitions. His background in technology, design and media has helped AthenaOnline win numerous industry awards for its innovation in the learning space.
