He is the co-founder and Chairman of Pedagogy Inc. an executive development company, in Menlo Park, California. He is a board member of Si-Lock, a Palo Alto-based start-up, on the advisory board of VirtualSynaptics, a semantic search firm, Retlm, an online tutoring company, and Institute for Growth & Innovation in Munich His professional career spans research (SRI International, Stanford Graduate School of Business,), teaching (The Judge Business School, Cambridge University, Carnegie Mellon-West), consulting (Bain and Company), investing (Sand Hill Venture Group, Menlo Park, California) and executive management (Shugart Corporation, a Xerox subsidiary). He is a Senior Associate at the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Birmingham University, U.K., and a Visiting Professor at Carnegie Mellon-West.
